How to Use
Dissolve a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of salts under warm running water. Use your hands to swirl the salts into the water.
Large and small size crystals will dissolve at different rates. Soak for 20-30 minutes and rinse if desired. You will feel renewed and refreshed
